- Star ( Yıldız ) : The Star motif in kilims is typically woven to symbolize happiness, productivity, and order.
- Waterway ( Su Yolu ) : This motif is included in Anatolian carpets to symbolize the continuity of life, wisdom, and physical and spiritual purification.
- A classic “Eşme” rug. A standard Eşme rug has a 5-6-7 core motif and consists of the colors green, red and blue. We see 5 navels in this rug, but the colors are more muted and tasteful. I think the reason for this is that the rug's colors were faded by chemical washing years ago.
- Uşak, Turkey, is renowned for producing some of the most valuable pieces of Turkish carpet weaving, known as "Uşak Carpets," which have earned their place in European palaces. Eşme, a district within Uşak, takes its name from the Eşmeli tribe and has a local economy primarily based on agriculture, livestock, industry, mining, and weaving. Each year, the "Eşme Kilim Festival" is held in Eşme, attracting significant interest from across the country.
